                During month of July we celebrated a nutrition month celebration. It is important to celebrate our nutrition month we eat a vegetables  because that people say that if we eat vegetable our life live longer and stronger.the vegetables,fruits is important.Everyday exercise is also good to our health.Many people suffering  of malnutrition because of eating junk foods and etc.Some eat for their satisfaction without knowing the nutritional value.

Dear Mr. President,

                   First of all I would like to greet you a pleasant day and time.As our President I know that you have a lot of duties for our country.I am a student of Ilocos Sur National High School,and I would like to request to have more buildings in our school.Because our school has a lot students.
